Crivedi is founded in Trofa, Portugal. From the start, it defines itself as “an industry without industry” — handling all stages of research, prototyping, design, pattern development, quality control, and sourcing in-house, while subcontracting production to around 30 nearby factories within a 40-kilometre radius.
Crivedi earns GOTS certification, reinforcing its commitment to responsible and sustainable production.
The company acquires the Throttleman brand, later sold in 2019 to the LanidorGroup.
Amid the global pandemic, Crivedi launches Happö Mask, a project developed in Trofa under the Philusitânia venture, originally created to relaunch the Boxer Shorts brand (acquired in 2014).
Crivedi joins the Adalberto Textile Solutions Group, becoming part of a fully vertical textile operation that integrates design, production, and innovation under one ecosystem.
